Tips to prevent bad breath
1. Brush, Gargle, Tongue Scraping twice a day will help in reducing bad breath
2. Visit your dentist every 6 months for teeth cleaning. Your dentist will clean out any infection in the teeth and gums.
3. Drink lots of water. Drink water regularly to keep your mouth from drying out. This helps in preventing bad breath to a large extent.
4. Use alcohol free mouthwash. Mouthwash containing alcohol may be not beneficial, as the alcohol may cause dry mouth and may aggravate the issue of bad breath.
5. Green Tea. Rich antioxidants in green tea act as a natural block to prevent bad breath.
6. Sugar Free Mints and Chewing Gums. Regular chewing of mints will help is reducing bad breath.
7. Yoghurt – Probiotics like yoghurt, curd are highly recommended to prevent bad breath unless you are intolerant to those products.
